RAW MATERIALS
Main constituent components used in the production of concrete mixtures and solutions are raw materials harvested from certified producers that have introduced operating systems for manufacturing quality control:
cement – CEM І 52.5 R, cement CEM ІІІ A-S 42,5N SR sulphate resisting, produced by Devnya Cement AD and “Holsin Bulgaria” AD, the general suitability is established in accordance with EN 197-1;
faction 4/11.2 and faction 11.2/22.4 produced in the quarry “Lyulyak” of “Patinzheneringstroy-T“AD, “Roads and Bridges – Pro” EOOD, fraction 4/12.5; fraction 12.5/20,the general suitability is established in accordance with EN 12620;
sand for concrete production from the quarry “Sadovo“ and „Vetrino” of „Escana” AD, the general suitability is established in accordance with EN 12620;
sand for concrete production from the quarry Silistra of „Polaris 8” EOOD, the general suitability is established in accordance with EN 12620;
chemical additives for concrete mixtures and solutions, produced by Mapei – Italy, BSR – United Kingdom и Aydos – Turkey, delivered to the production site by the company “ Tenzor – VSR“ EOOD;
the general suitability is established in accordance with EN 934-2. The choice of a suitable plasticizer for concrete is determined by weather conditions, specification of concrete mixtures or specific customer requirements.
